My research is in the field of digital signal processing of speech for law enforcemnt applications. My thesis title is "Speech assessment and characterization for law enforcement applications". I have undertaken research on a number of topics including objective (non-intrusive) and subjective methods for speech quality and intelligibility assessment and non-intrusive CODEC identification. Additionally, I have carried out initial studies in multi-dimensional and diagnostic speech qaulity assessment, targeted at the forensic audio domain.
