Sepideh Nazemi Gelyan received her BSc degree from Islamic Azad University of Mashhad
(IAUM) Iran, and her MSc degree in Computer
engineering-Software from Islamic Azad
University Science and Research branch, Tehran, Iran, in 2003 and 2007,
respectively.
She worked in Azad University of Firoozkooh as a University Instructor from 2005
to 2010.
She is currently studying towards her PhD under the supervision of
Prof. Kin K Leung in Computing Department of Imperial College.
As a part of IBM/ITA project, her current research is on a distributed framework for In-network processing (INP) and related topics such as Quality of Information (QoI),optimization and resource allocation.
In general, given the large amount of data existing in dynamic environments, to achieve the global optimal INP with respect to the user QoI requirements requires a distributed framework for INP that can adapt easily to network changes and user requirements.
