He served as a lecturer in bvm, gcet and istar affiliated with charutar vidya mandal (cvm) and sardar patel university (spu) from 1996 to 2002 mr pancham shukla completed his master of philosophy (mphil) from university of strathclyde, glasgow, uk in 2003.

Mr pancham shukla was borne in ahmedabad, gujarat, india and raised and educated in junagadh and dahod. He mainly writes gujarati gazals (ghazals) in a style typical of his uncle shri rajendra shukla who is a well known gujarati poet (kavi) and a gazalkar.
