He completed his bacheloe of engineering (be) and master of engineering (me) from bvm (birla vishvakarma mahavidyalaya) and istar in 1995 and 2001 respectively. Mr pancham shukla was borne in ahmedabad, gujarat, india and raised and educated in junagadh and dahod.
