I am currently working as a Research Associate
at the Communication and Signal
Processing group of Imperial
College London. My research
interests include Low-level image processing, attention models and the
application of graphical models in the application of scene understanding.

Requirements:
I developed this code in C++ at the top of
OpenCV. You need OpenCV dlls to be
installed on your computer. You can download these from here.
Windows users: Run the programme within the command
window. Next, go to the directory where you have saved the binary file and type
Toboggan
“InputImage”
Linux users: Run the programme using wine
The output image will be saved in your current
directory
