IVMSP TC Signal Processing Magazine Best Paper Award Endorsements

The TC will hold simple yes/no voting on whether to endorse candidates for SP Magazine Best Paper Award. Nominations that receive a difference of 'yes' votes minus 'no' votes that is larger than half of the number of votes cast will be endorsed.
